Requirements: Proven experience in the welding field; Knowledge of welding processes (MIG, TIG, Shielded Metal Arc Welding, among others); Practical experience in industrial or maintenance environments; Strong communication and teaching skills; Availability for in-person classes. Responsibilities: Deliver theoretical and practical classes; Guide students during laboratory/workshop activities; Apply safety best practices and technical standards; Contribute to training professionals ready for the job market. Hiring model: Per-class contract. Job type: Temporary, Self-employed / PJ, Intermittent (freelance) Contract duration: 2 months Compensation: BRL 28.00 – BRL 33.00 per hour
