Advanced knowledge of network diagnostic commands **Network Support Technician** ================================= We are seeking a **Network Support Technician** to provide on-site infrastructure network support, diagnose and resolve connectivity incidents. ### **Requirements:** Completed high school plus a technical course in Electronics or Telecommunications, or IT professionals with technical training and proven experience of over 2 years in on-site network support. ### **Mandatory Qualifications:** * Minimum of 6 months of experience in on-site network support; * Advanced knowledge of network diagnostic commands in Microsoft Windows (ipconfig, ping, tracert, nslookup, netstat, netsh, PowerShell, among others); * Experience configuring and troubleshooting **Windows 10/11, Linux, Android, iOS, and ChromeOS**; * Knowledge of configuration and diagnostics for Wi\-Fi devices such as Smart TVs, Chromecast, Fire TV Stick, Roku, Apple TV, and virtual assistants; * Familiarity with Wi\-Fi network analysis tools including **WiFi Analyzer, Ekahau HeatMapper, NetSpot, and Acrylic**; * Certification in **Structured Cabling** (Furukawa, Fluke, or equivalent); * Solid expertise in network infrastructure and support, ensuring high-quality service delivery aligned with industry best practices. * **Please indicate your CLT salary expectation** ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Department:** Information Technology
