- Serve food (hot or cold snacks), quick meals, appetizers, coffee, and beverages to customers at the cafeteria counter or dining area; - Greet customers, inform them about available options, and take their orders; - Serve beverages (water, soft drinks, etc.); - Provide cups, napkins, and condiments for customer use, ensuring courteous service and customer satisfaction; - Close the bill and guide customers to make payment directly at the store’s cash register; - Prepare coffee using an espresso machine: receive the order, sanitize cups, fill the hopper with coffee grounds, operate the machine, and serve. Ensure the machine functions properly and request maintenance when necessary; - Maintain organization and cleanliness of the area by removing trash and waste, sanitizing the counter and dining tables, used utensils (plates, cups, cutlery), and the coffee machine; - Collect dirty plates and used utensils, and clean tables between customers. - Restock food, beverages, and utensils as needed. - Follow specific procedures learned during training for equipment operation, and safeguard against occupational hazards and accidents, as well as maintain personal hygiene. - Perform other duties related to the position, as directed by supervisors.
