Job Summary: The Passenger Terminal Coordinator will be responsible for planning and managing the activities of the Ombudsman Office, Facilities, and Passenger Experience at RIOgaleão. If you identify with these values and wish to join a dynamic team that thrives on challenges, we have an opportunity for you as **Passenger Terminal Coordinator**. **Job Mission**: You will be responsible for planning the Passenger Terminal area’s activities related to the Ombudsman Office, Facilities, and Passenger Experience. **This challenge requires you to perform the following responsibilities**: * Define policies and processes, establishing departmental workflows, and developing and implementing procedures and policies under your coordination; * Ensure planning for all Passenger Terminal-related activities, defining operational process flows; * Monitor and analyze all Ombudsman indicators and develop action plans to ensure achievement of targets; * Organize monthly team meetings to track tasks and indicator performance using specific controls, and make decisions based on management reports; * Monitor the department’s annual budget, providing internal facility cost information to other company departments for preparation of the annual corporate budget; * Authorize procurement of materials and contracting and execution of services impacting Passenger Terminal operations; * Evaluate responses to service requests related to the department’s scope. **Required Skills and Qualifications**: * Completed Bachelor’s degree; * Proven experience in the aviation sector; * Extensive experience in leadership and team management; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; * Adherence to RIOgaleão Team Member’s **GATE** behaviors: **G**rit and Determination, **A**utodevelopment, **T**eamwork, and **E**ntrepreneurial (Owner’s) Mindset. **You’ll stand out if you**: * Possess fluent English. **Beyond this professional challenge, our opportunity includes a differentiated benefits package.
