Your responsibilities: * Ensure perfect cleaning and sanitization of all dishes, cutlery, pots, and kitchen utensils; * Maintain general cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area (stewarding) and supporting kitchen areas; * Ensure all processes strictly comply with restaurant hygiene standards and operational procedures. **Requirements:** * Our operation is dynamic, so flexibility to adapt to required shifts and schedules is essential; * Ability to maintain a fast and consistent work pace; * A critical eye to ensure everything is 100% clean and in its proper place. **Position Details:** * **Employment Type:** CLT * **Work Schedule:** **6x1** (Six working days with one weekly day off). * **Working Hours:** Flexible availability.
