Values responsibility, attention to detail, and focus on safety. **Description:** ---------------- **We are looking for a committed, proactive individual with strong technical skills to work as a Maintenance Mason.** Success in this position requires responsibility, attention to detail, focus on safety, agility, and effective communication with the team. This role is essential to ensure the execution of masonry, repair, and maintenance services on building structures, directly contributing to the conservation, safety, and functionality of environments. **Responsibilities** * Perform masonry work, plastering, laying blocks and bricks, and installing finishes. * Carry out concrete pouring, mortar application, and grouting. * Install and repair doors, windows, frames, and other structural components. * Interpret project drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications. * Meet deadlines and ensure service quality. * Use tools and equipment safely and appropriately. * Comply with safety regulations and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE). * Collaborate with engineers, site supervisors, and other team members to maintain workflow pace and operational efficiency. * Maintain organization and proper storage of materials and tools used. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in building maintenance for condominiums, industrial facilities, or commercial establishments. * Knowledge of ceramic tile and flooring installation. * Skills in minor plumbing or electrical repairs. * Familiarity with waterproofing and structural restoration. * Job Information **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Breaks:** * 1-hour lunch break **Location:** * Preference for candidates residing near São Gonçalo, Niterói, and Itaboraí. **Requirements:** ----------------- **Qualifications** * Completed elementary education (high school diploma preferred). * Masonry, Building Maintenance, or equivalent vocational training. * Proven experience of 1–3 years in the role. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Responsibility and commitment to safety. * Agility and efficiency in performing tasks.
