Instrument Technician III

**Job Description:** Contribute to the quality of work processes and procedures to ensure the effective functioning of the Organization, by performing specific activities within one's scope of responsibility, aiming to optimize performed tasks and established results.
**Additional Job Responsibilities:**
* Comply with and promote safety, environmental, occupational health, and compliance standards and procedures, as well as work instructions, safeguarding individual and collective safety and well-being.
* Perform activities in the Maintenance Management System (SAP) – create material reservations and plan maintenance orders.
* Perform activities in the Maintenance Management System (SAP) – create, record labor hours for, and close maintenance orders.
* Perform maintenance on instruments, sensors, valves, actuators, electromechanical, electronic, and microprocessor-based equipment used in instrumentation.
* Inspect and perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on systems, equipment, components, and materials within one's area of responsibility.
* Support electrical maintenance activities.
* Transport instruments, equipment, and/or spare parts.
* Clean and lubricate instruments.
* Measure electrical quantities.
* Perform verification, calibration, and control of system instruments.
* Perform verification and calibration of measuring instruments.
* Interpret functional electrical diagrams, process and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), alarm diagrams, interlock and protection relay diagrams, logic gates, and PLCs.
* Operate mobile equipment such as aerial work platforms, cranes, and maintenance hoists.
* Monitor, inspect, and perform maintenance on electronic systems, instrumentation, automation systems, and their peripherals.
* Contribute to the implementation of the 5S methodology, which includes: Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain in the workplace.
Prerequisites:
Completed High School education.
Experience in the described activities.
Availability to work rotating shifts.
