Participation in documentation control and management, internal and external audits, handling of non-conformities, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans. Monitoring of quality indicators (CIQ and AEQ), support for method, equipment, and process validation, risk management, and change control. Conducting training sessions, supporting patient safety, and ensuring traceability of records. Requirements: Degree in Biomedicine, Pharmacy, Biology, or related fields; experience in laboratory quality; knowledge of PALC, RDCs, audits, quality indicators, and quality tools; intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
