Description

Job Summary: Perform invoice write-offs and reconciliations, receivables control, collections, and PDD analysis, with interface with financial institutions. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in invoice write-offs and reconciliations 2. Knowledge of collections and PDD analysis 3. Interface with financial institutions Daily execution of invoice write-offs and reconciliations; Daily control of receivables; Collections activities (via telephone, e\-mail, and WhatsApp); Daily tracking of collections and calculation of discount and interest percentages; Consult credit protection agencies; Interface with financial institutions, PDD (Doubtful Debtors) analysis, and calculation of discount and interest percentages. Completed high school education; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Relevant experience in the described responsibilities.
