





Job Description: Minimum Education Requirements and Recommended Courses Minimum education requirement: Completed high school. Recommended courses (not mandatory): * Technical course in Automotive Mechanics or Electromechanics. * Customer Service and Sales Techniques training. * Training in Dealership Management Systems (DealerNet, NBS, or equivalents). Proven experience at automotive dealerships or repair shops, working in technical customer service and service order management. Primary responsibilities include (i) post-sales customer service with a focus on service sales and achieving NPS targets, and (ii) monitoring maintenance processes in compliance with manufacturer standards.* Greet customers at the service reception, identify their needs, and register service orders according to manufacturer standards. * Advise customers regarding service timelines, costs, and maintenance and repair procedures, ensuring clarity and focusing on satisfaction, loyalty, and NPS targets. * Serve as a liaison between customers and the technical team, ensuring clear communication and adherence to manufacturer-defined processes. * Conduct follow-up with customers during and after service delivery to enhance satisfaction, foster loyalty, and identify new business opportunities—contributing to the achievement of NPS targets. * Monitor service execution to ensure timely completion, quality, and compliance with manufacturer standards. * Recommend preventive and additional services that enhance vehicle safety and performance, as well as increase the workshop’s average ticket value—without compromising quality standards. * Proactively offer value-added products and services that contribute to the dealership’s financial results, always aligned with manufacturer excellence standards and processes. 2512050202181905396
