Maintenance of excellence in store presentation and operations **JOB MISSION** To serve as a product sales consultant, provide friendly service, and demonstrate product knowledge to all customers; Maintain the store’s appearance in accordance with Sephora’s concepts and procedures. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **In-Store / Customer Service** * Greet and enthusiastically assist all customers entering the store; * Provide courteous and specialized service to customers; * Identify customer needs through effective inquiry and recommend products to meet those needs; * Convey product knowledge to customers; * Act as a productive and motivated member of the store team; * Assist in identifying opportunities for improvement within the store and possible solutions; * Recognize and respect the work of others; * Contribute to a pleasant and organized work environment; * Perform duties as required; * Pursue specialized knowledge in one’s area of expertise; * Monitor market trends; * Adhere to the LVMH Group’s Code of Ethics and Conduct. **Store Presentation** * Maintain Sephora’s product promotion, service, and event concepts at all times; * Maintain store cleanliness, maintenance, and organization standards; **Operations** * Execute and comply with all Sephora policies and procedures; * Strive to become a reference in one’s assigned area; * Participate in inventory control and quality assurance; * Complete all assigned tasks promptly and accurately; * Maintain store safety standards; * Monitor competitor activities; * Stay informed about special store events; * Participate in programs aimed at reducing shrinkage/loss; * Assist in reducing company expenses without compromising service or presentation standards; * Designated consultants must possess knowledge of cashier functions; * Ensure confidentiality of information. **Training** * Complete all My Sephora Learning trainings; * Proactively seek additional training when necessary; * Assist in onboarding new consultants. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES** **Experience** * Retail experience preferred; * Beauty industry experience preferred. **Qualifications** **Required Knowledge and Skills** * Customer service, communication, and organization; * Logical reasoning. **Education Level** * High school diploma or equivalent; * Foreign language proficiency preferred; **Job Requirements** * Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues verbally; * Operate the point-of-sale system, if certified; * Handle and apply products on customers; * Demonstrate availability and flexibility; * Adhere to the dress code; * Deliver consistent and reliable service. **Competencies** * Committed and proactive profile; * Customer-focused; * Team-oriented; * Work ethics and values aligned with Sephora; * Results-/action-oriented; * Willingness to learn.
