Handle administrative requests related to the assigned area. Check the condition of PPEs (Personal Protective Equipment) before release and report any damages. Assist in controlling minimum stock levels according to average consumption per cost center. Assist in controlling and updating data in SD2000 with necessary information for monitoring the performance of activities in the assigned area. Conduct inventory in accordance with established recommendations, as requested by the manager. Update the record of control for PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) requests delivered daily. Reserve and manage rooms and auditoriums.
