The role’s focus requires agility in order assembly, strict adherence to process standardization, and maintenance of unit hygiene and organization protocols. Main Responsibilities * Execution and assembly of sandwiches and portions following technical specifications. * Handling and pre\-preparation of ingredients according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards. * Continuous cleaning, disinfection, and organization of the kitchen and equipment.
