Job Summary: Responsible for assembling and finishing dishes according to exclusive recipes, ensuring quality and hygiene of the work area. Key Highlights: 1. WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES? * Assemble and finish dishes requested by customers in your assigned area (appetizers, salads, and desserts) according to exclusive recipes, using items pre-prepared by the Cold Line Kitchen Assistant; * Maintain confidentiality of ingredients and procedures involved throughout the process, ensuring the final product meets the company’s quality standards; * Be responsible for hygiene and sanitation of your work area per food production best practices guidelines, ensuring food safety and quality.
