




Job Summary: A professional responsible for controlling and organizing sales activities, contacting customers for data collection and post-sales follow-up, and preparing reports to drive continuous improvement of sales processes. Continuous improvement of sales processes * Monitor sales using the company's internal system; * Organize sales documentation and processes; * Contact customers if any required information is missing to complete a sale; * Enter customer information—such as CNPJ, address, and contact points—into the system to ensure accurate order invoicing; * Prepare sales reports specifying customer expectations, sales values, assigned sales representative, and key negotiation points; * Provide customer support, when necessary, regarding payments, due dates, bill issuance, and product-related inquiries, directing them appropriately; * Contact customers during post-sales to assess whether the product meets their expected needs; * Maintain proactive customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional sales; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes by offering suggestions and ideas to increase efficiency and productivity.
