**Responsibilities & Duties**
* Lead ICMS calculations for network operations in the states of RJ, ES, and MG, managing the specificities of each state’s legislation;
* Manage ICMS-ST reimbursement processes with state tax authorities, including control of balances and deadlines;
* Analyze DIFAL for inter-state operations and ensure correct calculation in each destination state;
* Proactively identify audit risks and opportunities for ICMS credit recovery;
* Coordinate PIS and COFINS calculations under the non-cumulative regime (Real Profit), with in-depth knowledge of the sector’s regime;
* Lead the mapping and utilization of PIS/COFINS credits on acquisitions, inputs, and eligible expenses;
* Review and validate the EFD-Contribuições, ensuring consistency with accounting and tax data from operations;
* Supervise the preparation and submission of all state and federal ancillary obligations (EFD-ICMS/IPI, EFD-Contribuições, ECF).
**Requirements & Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Law, or Economics; a postgraduate degree in Tax Law or Tax Planning is a plus;
* Minimum 6 years of experience in tax affairs, preferably within large retail companies;
* Demonstrated track record in managing ICMS-ST in multi-state environments and calculating PIS/COFINS under the non-cumulative regime;
