Description
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Define and prioritizes bidding opportunities based on potential revenue, margin, and strategic alignment, evaluating technical, operational, and financial feasibility of participation and structuring strategies according to competition, positioning, and risk.
* Manages the portfolio of bidding participations, balancing volume, conversion rate, and financial results.
* Ensures pricing formation aligned with margin, competitiveness, and business sustainability, directing strategic positioning in accordance with the scenario and objectives of each participation.
* Assesses and mitigates technical, operational, and financial risks, participating in critical decisions throughout the bidding process.
* Leads electronic and/or in-person public auctions, making real-time decisions to ensure proposal and technical documentation quality, compliance, and competitiveness.
* Conducts negotiations with public agencies, including contract renegotiations, economic\-financial rebalancing, and management of critical contractual situations.
* Structures, standardizes, and optimizes bidding processes, ensuring efficiency, control, and quality of routines, while promoting continuous improvement of the area.
* Analyzes participation performance using indicators such as win rate, margin, and revenue, monitoring market and competitor behavior and generating insights to enhance strategy.
* Integrates information with Procurement, Logistics, and Finance departments, ensuring alignment to support decision-making.
* Develops and leads the team, distributing responsibilities, tracking deliverables, and managing operations autonomously, ensuring alignment and performance.
**REQUIREMENTS**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Economics, or related fields
* Solid experience in public procurement (electronic and/or in-person auctions)
* Experience in team leadership and development
* Knowledge of pricing formation and feasibility analysis
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
* Experience in companies with high-volume bidding activity (frequent tender issuances)
* Practical experience with economic\-financial rebalancing
* Knowledge of legislation applicable to public procurement
* Experience with departmental performance indicators (win rate, margin, invoiced volume)

Compensation: R$4\.500,00 \- R$6\.000,00 per month
