Digital presence and influence through content creation **Join us as a Demand-Generating Chef – Rio de Janeiro/RJ** **PURPOSE OF THE ROLE** This role is designed for a Demand-Generating Chef who enjoys and has an interest in cooking and cuisine, and who will provide gastronomic consulting to independent restaurants (up to 5 units), supermarket rotisseries (HMR), snack bars, and bakeries in the city of São Paulo. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in connecting our portfolio solutions/services with customers by developing relationships, recipes, and training programs. The candidate must also possess commercial skills, including customer prospecting, relationship management, and increasing portfolio penetration in restaurants. The ideal profile combines business acumen, ability to influence decisions, capacity to uncover new opportunities, and transforming visits and demo-cookings into conversion, volume growth, and basket expansion. Because here, we don’t just hire for roles — we invite you to be part of something bigger. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Gastronomic and commercial development of a client portfolio comprising São Paulo’s top-tier restaurants: operator prospecting, acquisition of new clients, SKU activation, volume growth, and product basket expansion. * Training: Maintain up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio, leading training sessions for the internal Foods team, Distributor Chefs/Technicians, and operator clients. * Events: Participation in distributor, partner, sales, and marketing team events. Support includes menu development, operations, content creation, product demonstrations, cooking classes, and customer relationship management. Digital Presence and Influence: Active on social media platforms; comfortable recording content (live streams, demo-cookings, classes, reels, stories). * Distributors: Partnership through training for the distributor’s gastronomy team, on-route activities, and joint demonstrations at opinion-leading clients alongside the distributor’s chef and sales representative; support for events and classes. * Strategic client portfolio management: Alignment with the sales team, campaigns, basket expansion, and technical portfolio activation (via sell-out, grab, and SKU conversion tracking). **REQUIRED EXPERIENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS** Executor: Focused on efficiently implementing ideas and projects. Passion for High Performance: Commitment to high performance and delivery of exceptional results. **PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy (or Food Engineering or Nutrition with postgraduate studies in Gastronomy); * Proven experience in kitchen operations (restaurants, catering, events); * Commercial mindset; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); * Willingness to work on-site in Rio de Janeiro/SP.
