Diagnose compromised basic human needs and define criteria for nursing prescriptions. Prepare technical reports and assessments related to performed visits. Supervise patients according to schedule and their clinical characteristics. Extend visit durations via the company's internal system. Assess the need for continuation, weaning, or discharge of the patient from the home hospitalization program. Respond to requests from family members, health insurers, patients, and the multidisciplinary team. Conduct patient evaluations and handle complications occurring at home as required. Bachelor's degree required.
