Description
Monitor contractual performance indicators and compliance, schedule logistics activities, and support sector activity planning.
**Responsibilities and duties**
* Act as the liaison between the sector and internal teams;
* Respond to client inspection requests;
* Support scheduled tasks to fully meet contractual requirements;
* Attend meetings;
* Create and update control spreadsheets for teams mobilized under the contract;
* Schedule travel, confirm crew boarding schedules, issue boarding and disembarkation RTs;
* Support demand planning related to this role in collaboration with the Logistics Analyst;
* Assist in problem resolution;
* Register personnel in client systems;
* Support tracking of team document and training expiration dates;
* Monitor contract execution and track contractual performance indicators and compliance.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Completed high school education;
* Experience in logistics or warehouse operations;
* Excel knowledge.
