Responsibilities and Duties of the Position
* Supervise and coordinate the unit’s team and activities.
* Prepare reports and update reports with the unit’s indicators and performance metrics.
* Monitor the unit’s performance indicators and evaluate the team collectively and individually.
* Participate in, monitor, and resolve (where possible) items identified during internal audits.
* Conduct periodic meetings with the team (sales consultant, fitness consultant, gym coach, cleaning, and maintenance staff).
* Oversee repair works and maintenance teams—including building infrastructure, equipment, and cleaning.
* Conduct regional competitor research.
* Train and develop all team members, as well as personnel from other units.
* Deliver initial and refresher training to new hires and existing staff.
* Address and respond to all feedback received via NPS, Customer Service Center (SAC), website, social media, or in-person from members—listening, evaluating, and deciding impartially.
* Address and resolve conflicts with members.
* Supervise the entire team’s customer service delivery.
* Manage inventory and supplies for the unit.
* Coordinate all building and equipment maintenance, request quotations, and research best prices.
* Interview and select candidates to join the team (as needed).
* Participate in the onboarding process for new members: receive and verify admission documents for approved members and forward them to Accounting.
* Manage the unit’s electronic timekeeping system.
* Assist with administrative processes at the unit level—including hiring, termination, vacation requests, absences, time clock registration, work schedules, payroll closure, etc.
* Ensure proper upkeep, cleanliness, and order in the workplace.
* Perform other related tasks as required by operational needs and instructions from the immediate supervisor.
Education Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education; additional undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or Human Resources is desirable.
