Job Description * Supervise the housekeeping team’s activities, prioritizing and assigning tasks according to the work plan and apartment occupancy. * Monitor service execution, manage supply inventory, and perform apartment cleaning and tidying when necessary. * Inspect apartment, corridor, and service pantry cleaning and tidying to ensure service quality and release apartments in the system for sale. * Manage "Lost and Found" items until proper delivery to the guest or final destination, adhering to storage timeframes. * Perform apartment cleaning and tidying when necessary. * Carry out other related duties as required by the department. Qualifications * Completed high school education. * Knowledge of standard procedures and routines for apartment and public area cleaning and tidying. * Operation of cleaning equipment. * Cleaning products and their proper usage. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet.
