The Senior Inventory Assistant will control, organize, and monitor the flow of parts, accessories, and materials at a motorcycle dealership, ensuring inventory accuracy and item availability.

The Senior Inventory Assistant is responsible for controlling, organizing, and monitoring the flow of parts, accessories, and materials in the motorcycle dealership's inventory. They ensure inventory accuracy, proper storage, and item availability while supporting workshop, sales, and after-sales departments, thereby contributing to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
**Main Activities and Responsibilities**
· Receive, inspect, and record incoming automotive parts in the system, verifying invoices and technical specifications.
· Store parts in an organized manner, complying with safety and preservation standards.
· Pick and make available parts requested by counter, workshop, and sales teams, ensuring speed and accuracy.
· Monitor inventory movements, performing entries and adjustments in the NBS system.
· Support cyclic and general inventory processes, identifying discrepancies and proposing accuracy improvements.
· Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels, flagging replenishment needs.
· Control expiration dates and storage conditions to prevent losses and damage.
· Assist suppliers and carriers during receiving and dispatch operations.
· Comply with internal procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety regulations.
· Support the immediate supervisor in preparing inventory control reports and performance indicators.
**Job Requirements**
* **Education:** Completed high school (technical or undergraduate degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields preferred).
**Knowledge:**
· Prior experience in warehouse/inventory roles within the automotive sector, preferably in motorcycles.
· Familiarity with inventory management systems/NBS is desirable.
· Proficiency in inventory control and logistics processes.
· Strong Excel skills (for control spreadsheets and reporting).

Compensation: R$2\.200,00 \- R$2\.400,00 per month
