The professional will be responsible for branch management, performance outcomes, and team development. **Employment under CLT or PJ regime, as preferred by the candidate and agreed upon with the company.** Working Hours and Employment Regime: * Monday to Friday * CLT or PJ contract Work Location: * Aparecida de Goiânia, Goiás Main Responsibilities: * Candidate must have experience and academic qualifications, residing in Goiânia or Aparecida de Goiânia. * Improvement of interpersonal relationships. * Prospecting and onboarding new customers. * People management. * Process management. * Strategic planning. * Monitoring of operational, administrative, and commercial KPIs. * Warehouse organization. * Assertive leadership. * Route planning and distribution. * Control of fixed and variable expenses and costs. * Fleet knowledge. * ERP/TMS system knowledge. * Other related knowledge and management responsibilities. Requirements: * Technical or higher education degree in Administration, Logistics, Commercial Management, or Human Resource Management. * 3–5 years of experience as a manager. * Strong communication skills. * Commercial area expertise and broad business vision. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel. * Personal vehicle required. * Driver’s license category B.
