The ideal candidate is a versatile professional who combines technical expertise in paid traffic with design skills and a data-driven mindset to ensure end-to-end campaign success. * Plan, create, and manage **high-performance** campaigns across multiple platforms, such as **Google Ads** (Search, Display, and YouTube), **Meta Ads** (Facebook and Instagram), **LinkedIn Ads**, and other relevant channels—including budget allocation, audience targeting, and ad creation. * Develop and implement a **multichannel customer acquisition strategy**, identifying the most effective platforms to reach the target audience based on market and competitive analysis, proposing new approaches, and optimizing the channel mix. * Continuously monitor **campaign performance**, tracking metrics such as **CPA, CPC, CTR, and ROAS**, conducting **A/B tests**, and performing ongoing optimizations of ads, targeting, and bidding to maximize return on investment (ROI). * Develop **high-conversion landing pages**, applying best practices in **UX/UI**, and taking ownership of layout, copy, visual elements, and testing to optimize conversion rates. * Implement and manage **full campaign tagging**, using tools such as **Facebook Pixel**, **Google Tag Manager**, and **Google Analytics**, ensuring accurate conversion tracking and analysis of the **customer journey** to generate strategic insights.
