Job Summary: Logistics Supervisor responsible for operating management systems, monitoring KPIs, planning return flows, leading operational teams, and optimizing physical space. Key Highlights: 1. Optimization of physical space and loading/unloading processes Logistics Supervisor \- Operate and generate reports from warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. • Monitor and analyze metrics such as order cycle time, on-time in-full (OTIF), and freight costs. • Plan the return flow of materials, packaging, or non-conforming products. Make quick decisions and demonstrate ability to manage multiple functions. * Proficiency in methodologies such as FIFO/PEPS (first-in, first-out) and FEFO/PVPS (first-expired, first-out) is essential for perishable goods or items with short shelf life. • Knowledge of regulatory requirements from agencies such as ANVISA and transportation authorities. • Ability to lead operational teams including drivers, checkers, forklift operators; supervise schedules, productivity, and conflicts. • Organize loading and unloading activities and optimize warehouse physical space. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office is desirable; prior experience with other systems is a plus.
