Responsibilities: * Plan, coordinate, and supervise digital and institutional marketing actions and campaigns. * Lead and develop the marketing team, assigning tasks and monitoring deadlines and deliverables. * Define lead acquisition, retention, and brand positioning strategies jointly with the executive leadership. * Align marketing initiatives with the sales, academic, and design teams to ensure message consistency and results. * Ensure adherence to brand standards and maintain high quality across all marketing actions and materials produced.
