




Job Summary: A sales professional focused on managing leads, demonstrating vehicles, negotiating proposals, and closing sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Customer management and communication via lead platform and telephone 2. Vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and proposal preparation 3. Sales negotiation and end-to-end process follow-up Check and update the lead management platform, contact customers, and respond to them directly within the platform; Record all interactions in the My Honda system or lead management system to track customer information; Make and receive calls and leads from customers interested in purchasing new vehicles; Respond to customers via lead phone, platform calls directly to extension or mobile phone; Send videos, photos, and information about motorcycles to demonstrate product features to customers; Demonstrate vehicles using models available in the showroom and of interest to the customer, explaining their benefits, qualities, and mechanical specifications; Offer test drives to customers, conducting authorized routes with them so they can experience vehicle performance; Identify the appropriate negotiation type for each customer—checking whether payment will be cash, financed, or include a trade-in vehicle—to prepare proposals; Negotiate and calculate values, discounts, financing, insurance, accessories, registration services, etc.; Prepare proposals based on vehicle information and customer interests, then submit them for approval by management and relevant departments; Finalize negotiations to satisfy customer expectations while securing optimal commercial terms for the company; Request required personal documents from customers to complete the sale per established procedures, verify them, and forward them to the responsible department to proceed with the process; Place purchase orders, providing vehicle details, and send them to the sales secretary for invoicing; Schedule technical delivery with delivery personnel, confirming delivery date and time to inform the customer.
