Opportunities for training and leadership development **Date Posted:** 2026\-04\-22**Country:** Brazil**Location:** LOC6028: Rua 86 nº 143 \- QD F22 LOTE 15, GOIÁS, GOIÂNIA\- GO 74083\-385 Brasil**Job: Resident Technician** **Work Location**: Operating in the state of Tocantins, with operational support in Goiás; on-call duty may apply according to regional scheduling. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Perform preventive, corrective, and repair maintenance on Otis and multi-brand elevators, as well as escalator maintenance, based on demand. * Carry out all maintenance tasks within the region under your responsibility, ensuring equipment is always in perfect working and safe condition. * Fully comply with the Route Sheet and the Regional Maintenance Plan. * Proactively identify potential failures and future issues to prevent service calls from occurring or recurring. * Identify and propose opportunities for new commercial partnerships within the serviced region. * Strictly follow all safety procedures, meeting the required criteria to ensure your own safety, that of your team, and that of users. **Required Specific Knowledge** ----------------------------------------- * Experience with multi-brand equipment. * Practical experience in elevator and escalator maintenance. * Valid driver’s license (CNH) for travel between serviced regions (Tocantins and support in Goiás). **Who Are We Looking For?** -------------------- * Candidate with completed high school education. * Technical training in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics. * Knowledge of safety standards, including certifications in NR10 and NR35\. * Prior experience in maintenance, technical support, and repairs of elevators and escalators, preferably multi-brand. **Why Join Otis?** ----------------------------- You will become part of the company that moves the most people in the world, collaborating with an experienced, respected, and committed team dedicated to developing solutions that build legacies across generations.
