As leaders in urban mobility in Brazil, we seek professionals who share our values—those who foster an excellent work environment for colleagues and deliver exceptional service to customers. **Senior Construction Project Analyst** ====================================== #### **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and monitor Fullfilment \+ processes—from prospecting and sales through equipment delivery and servicing of existing installations—in New Installations (NI) and Modernization (MOD) businesses. Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and established quality standards. Serve as the project focal point, maintaining effective communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and contractual compliance. Additionally, monitor and control project financial performance. #### **What Are the Requirements?** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Administration, or related Project Management fields. * Proven experience in project management. * Technical knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings (AutoCAD or similar). * Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project or similar). * Familiarity with applicable technical standards and regulations for construction projects and equipment. * Budget control skills (pre- and post-calculation) and ability to analyze project economic feasibility. * Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong strategic orientation toward results. Expertise in process organization and planning, assertive communication with multidisciplinary teams and customers. Advanced negotiation, deadline management, and decision-making abilities—ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
