Execution of technical procedures and documentation Main Responsibilities of the Position: System Maintenance Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various types of air conditioning units (split, window, VRF), ensuring proper equipment operation and thermal comfort in the shopping center. Problem Diagnosis and Resolution Quickly and accurately identify technical faults in equipment, applying appropriate solutions to minimize downtime of refrigeration systems. Technical Procedures Perform cleaning, refrigerant charging, vacuuming, and operational testing on systems, adhering to technical and safety standards established by the company and manufacturers. Documentation Accurately complete service orders via mobile application and technical service reports, maintaining an updated maintenance history for future reference and preventive planning.
