Dynamic and relaxed environment with growth opportunities **Kitchen Supervisor – Striker Bowling \| Johnny Rockets (Passeio das Águas Shopping)** We are looking for a Kitchen Supervisor to lead the gastronomic operations of Striker Bowling in partnership with Johnny Rockets, located at Passeio das Águas Shopping. We seek an organized, agile professional with leadership qualities who ensures quality, standards, and efficiency across all kitchen processes. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the kitchen team, ensuring productivity and organization * Maintain food quality and presentation standards (Johnny Rockets standards) * Manage inventory, supplies, and product expiration dates * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations * Support shift scheduling and staff training * Monitor performance and propose operational improvements **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a kitchen leader or supervisor * Knowledge of inventory management and good food handling practices * Leadership profile, proactivity, and accountability * Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure * Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with American cuisine / fast food * Experience in high-traffic environments (shopping malls, entertainment venues, etc.) **We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary * Transportation allowance \+ benefits * Growth opportunities * Dynamic and relaxed work environment If you enjoy challenges, possess leadership spirit, and wish to join a distinctive operation combining gastronomy and entertainment, this position is for you!
