Monitoring and handling customer feedback **Job Description:** ---------------------- \- Provide support to cooperative members, beneficiaries, and providers of Unimed Cerrado via e\-mail, telephone, and other communication channels to clarify doubts, propose alternatives for better fulfillment of their needs, and perform related administrative tasks in the relationship area. \- Regularly facilitate customer interactions by building sustainable and trustworthy relationships through open and interactive communication, identifying improvement opportunities from the customer's perspective, and supporting the relationship analyst with information and data for critical analysis and action planning. \- Daily monitor and handle feedback from internal customers (other departments within Unimed Cerrado) and external customers (stakeholders) via CRM and/or other communication channels, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, tracking resolution progress, and delivering timely responses according to established deadlines and standards. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed High School Education Experience in customer service roles Microsoft Office Suite **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Salary:** ------------ $1,927\.00 **Benefits:** --------------- Meal/Voucher Allowance R$1487,87 Mobility Assistance Remote Work Allowance Birthday Day Off Health and Dental Plan Life Insurance Study Grant Wellhub **Work Location:** ---------------------- Unimed Cerrado \- Health Plan Operator **Working Hours:** ------------------------ From 08:00 to 17:00
