Only education transforms! **As an Educational Pedagogical Advisor, your challenges will include:** * Organize and monitor the teaching and learning process for the educational segment under your responsibility, ensuring reflection, engagement, and implementation of pedagogical and educational goals; * Weekly monitor collective planning for teacher training, analysis, and professional development; * Support teacher training aimed at improving instruction and developing pedagogical activities; * Conduct individual meetings and provide feedback to teachers; * Provide pedagogical and educational support to students in the final years of elementary school; * Analyze academic performance and implement appropriate interventions with students, teachers, and families; * Support students by mediating conflict situations and addressing learning difficulties to improve their development and performance. **Working Hours:** Monday through Friday, from 06:45 to 16:45, with a 2-hour break; once per week, conduct a pedagogical meeting during evening hours. **Essential Requirements:** Bachelor’s degrees in Education (e.g., Portuguese Language, Biology, etc.); Knowledge of cognitive, psychological, and social development stages; Experience in the teaching-learning process, classroom management, and conflict mediation; Practical experience in analyzing results and developing action plans for improvement. **And here are the great benefits we offer:** *(Benefits may vary depending on region and work schedule)* All selection process stages are conducted on our platform.
