We seek a lawyer with a proactive stance, solid technical expertise, and availability for in-person work—especially hearings and oral arguments. Key Responsibilities * Representation in labor hearings (initial, evidentiary, and unified); * Oral arguments when required; * Drafting initial petitions, submissions, and appeals; * Strict adherence to procedural deadlines; * Strategic client consultation; * Active participation in developing legal theories and procedural strategies; * Independent client acquisition (with differentiated remuneration). Requirements * Active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) registration; * Prior experience in Labor Law (especially representing claimants); * Confidence during hearings and strong argumentative ability; * Organizational skills and responsibility regarding deadlines; * Proactive, strategic, and results-oriented profile; * Availability for 100% in-person work in Anápolis/GO. Preferred Qualifications * Solid experience in evidentiary hearings; * Experience delivering oral arguments; * Postgraduate degree in Labor Law or Labor Procedure; * Demonstrated experience justifying salary increment within the career plan.
