Leadership and management of the team, ensuring alignment, productivity, and engagement; Direct involvement in identifying and resolving departmental operational problems; Strategic assignment of tasks among team members, ensuring process efficiency; Vacation planning, preparation and organization of work schedules; Product inspection and verification, ensuring compliance with quality standards; Analysis and validation of production demand, aligned with established targets; Proposal of continuous improvements to optimize departmental processes; Active participation in meetings with management, contributing information and performance indicators; Proper food handling, following regulations and good food safety practices; Monitoring of Critical Control Point (CCP) 3, as required by operational needs and food safety requirements. 2511290202181894472
