Job Summary: A generalist HR professional focused on employee experience, covering the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to internal development and leadership support. Key Highlights: 1. Support for internal marketing and organizational climate initiatives The professional is responsible for executing and supporting generalist HR processes with emphasis on employee experience, from recruitment through internal development. Responsibilities include managing selection processes, onboarding, integration of new employees, internal marketing activities, uniform and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) management, as well as participation in organizational climate programs, training, and leadership support. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage recruitment and selection processes for professionals across various company departments (operational, technical, administrative, and aviation); * Conduct competency-based interviews, resume screening, and administration of technical or behavioral assessments; * Plan and execute new employee integration and onboarding, ensuring alignment with company culture and procedures; * Support internal marketing initiatives, organizational climate activities, internal events, and employee appreciation campaigns; * Manage and organize uniform and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) distribution and replenishment, ensuring compliance with internal policies and safety regulations; * Participate in human and organizational development projects, such as training, performance evaluation, and recognition programs; * Maintain updated HR records and controls (spreadsheets, reports, HR metrics, and talent database); * Provide support to leadership in people management processes. **Technical Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management, or related fields; * Proven experience in generalist HR routines, with emphasis on recruitment and selection; * Knowledge of competency-based interviews, assessment administration and scoring, and HR metrics; * Familiarity with labor legislation and occupational safety (particularly regarding PPE); * Intermediate Office suite proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Proficiency with HR management systems and recruitment platforms; * Desired knowledge of organizational climate initiatives, internal communication, and training; * Availability for on-site work. **Working Hours:** On-site work Monday through Friday during business hours **Salary:** CLT employment contract + Benefits (VA R$ 612.00/month + VR R$ 30.00 per working day + VT (if using bus transportation) + 50% Unimed Health Plan (after probation period) + Dental Plan + Life Insurance + Day off) **Work Location:** Santa Genoveva District
