The primary objective of this role is to ensure maximum fleet availability and reliability for buses, guaranteeing operational excellence and passenger safety. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for the bus fleet. * Supervise and develop technical teams within the maintenance department. * Monitor and update departmental KPIs. * Conduct technical audits and periodic inspections at facilities and support locations. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields (preferred). * Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in diesel mechanics, pneumatic systems, and onboard electronics. * Experience in people management roles. * Willingness to travel frequently to support other company locations. * Results-oriented mindset and organizational skills. * Excellent interpersonal communication skills and dynamism. * Experience in vehicle maintenance. * Experience with heavy-duty vehicles and passenger transportation is a plus. **Employment Type:** * PJ or CLT Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$4.500,00 - R$5.700,00 per month Work Location: On-site
