Support to different departments **ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT** Department: Parque das Laranjeiras, Goiânia \- GO Working hours: 44 hours per week (Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00) *RESPONSIBILITIES* * Support financial routines: system entries, reconciliations, payment organization, and monitoring of accounts payable/receivable * Control documents, invoices, receipts, and assist in communication with suppliers and accounting. * Provide operational support to the HR Department; * Assist leaders and administrative staff of units with information, organization, and routine support. *REQUIREMENTS* * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred); * Minimum of 6 months' experience in finance-related routines; * Organizational skills and proactivity. *COMPENSATION* * Market-competitive salary; * Attendance bonus; * Meal allowance of R$22.00/day; * Fuel allowance: R$300.00/month; * SalveMed Health Plan; * Education assistance.
