Support in negotiations and sales funnel management Job Description: Support the company's commercial activities in the transportation and warehousing segments, assisting in the execution and monitoring of commercial routines, customer service, proposal preparation, information updates, and support to the commercial team and leadership, contributing to the growth of the customer portfolio and the organization of departmental processes. Responsibilities: * Support the preparation and submission of commercial proposals. * Assist in customer service and monitoring of commercial requests. * Support the prospecting of new transportation and warehousing customers. * Perform customer, rate table, and contract registrations and updates in the system. * Assist in organizing freight rate tables (LTL – less-than-truckload and FTL – full-truckload). * Support the collection and organization of data for pricing studies. * Update and monitor the sales funnel and records in the CRM. * Assist in monitoring commercial indicators (KPIs). * Support the commercial team in negotiations under managerial guidance. * Organize documents, contracts, and commercial department files. * Conduct follow\-up on submitted proposals. * Provide administrative support to senior management and the commercial team. * Perform other tasks related to the position as required by the department.
