Our focus is rapid growth with excellence in customer service and commercial performance. **About the position:** We are looking for a committed, agile professional with excellent communication skills to work as a 24-Hour Assistance Assistant. This role is essential to ensure continuous support to our customers during emergencies, delivering humane, efficient, and solution-oriented service. **Responsibilities:** * Provide receptive and proactive customer support via phone, email, and internal systems * Register and track technical and emergency assistance requests * Engage service providers and monitor adherence to deadlines * Ensure quality and responsiveness in customer service * Prepare incident reports and operational performance indicators **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (college degree in progress in fields such as Administration, Logistics, or related areas is preferred) * Prior experience in 24-hour customer service, call centers, technical assistance, or related fields * Basic computer and customer service system knowledge * Strong verbal and written communication skills **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in insurance companies or 24-hour assistance service providers Benefits * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Breakfast * Meal allowance * Fuel allowance * Transportation allowance * Day off Compensation: R$1.518,00 - R$2.500,00 per month Work location: On-site
