Job Summary: The professional will inspect, store, and organize products and materials, identifying discrepancies and ensuring smooth logistics processes. Key Highlights: 1. Communication with logistics and transportation departments **Responsibilities** · Perform product and material inspection during receipt, storage, and dispatch; · Receive the blind invoice and initiate inspection of received products based on it, verifying quantities, batches, and specifications; · Retrieve the delivery note at the counter, begin merchandise picking, place items in the designated slot, hand the delivery note to the driver, and the driver performs verification; if the delivery notes match, the driver signs it, returns it to the inspector, and the inspector forwards the invoice to billing. · Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or irregularities in products; · Ensure proper storage and organization of materials in warehouse and cold room; · Support periodic stock counts and inventories; · Comply with safety and quality standards and procedures; · Communicate with other departments (e.g., logistics, transportation, and warehouse) to ensure process efficiency.
