Support and training for the kitchen team **Job Description:** ---------------------- Tasks and Responsibilities: Full mastery of one's own station. Operating the entire station independently, without supervision, and at a high-demand pace. Preparing all station productions: pre-preparation, cutting, cooking, assembly, and finishing. Organizing, restocking, and maintaining station cleanliness before, during, and after shifts. Monitoring product expiration dates, labeling, and storing products correctly. Ensuring all orders from the station are delivered promptly and to standard. 2\. Support in other stations (multifunctional development): Provide support at the snack station, assisting with assembly, frying, and portion preparation. Learn processes, technical sheets, and routines for each station. Temporarily replace another station when staff is short-handed. Technical and operational tasks: Perform advanced pre-preparations according to kitchen standards. Operate various equipment (deep fryer, oven, griddle, food processor, stove, etc.). Process orders quickly, orderly, and with high-quality presentation. Carry out daily production and anticipate preparations for the next shift. Minimize waste and follow correct portioning. Ensure constant cleaning and sanitation of one's work area. Team and routine support: Support the chef and kitchen supervisor in complex tasks. Assist in training Level I and Level II kitchen assistants. Report shortages of ingredients and replenishment needs.
