Organize and pre-prepare food items before the start of the shift (mise en place). Monitor cooking time and doneness of food to ensure quality and standardization. Stock and organize the work area, keeping it consistently clean and sanitized. Restock supplies and ingredients as needed. Ensure proper functioning of the griddle and utensils, reporting maintenance needs when required. Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure order efficiency. Adhere to food hygiene and safety regulations throughout the entire process.
