**Main Responsibilities:**
* Conduct recruitment and selection processes, from job posting to new employee onboarding;
* Manage hiring and termination procedures;
* Verify employee documentation and maintain updated personnel files;
* Support payroll processing, time tracking, vacation management, leaves of absence, and benefits administration;
* Perform HR administration-related data entry and verification;
* Assist employees with inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and labor legislation;
* Monitor HR metrics and support initiatives related to development, training, and organizational climate;
* Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal company policies;
* Support the organization of events, internal campaigns, and endomarketing activities.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields;
* Knowledge of HR administration routines and labor legislation;
* Experience in recruitment and selection;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel;
* Strong communication skills, organizational ability, proactivity, and professional confidentiality.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with payroll and electronic timekeeping systems;
* Familiarity with eSocial;
* Practical experience with HR metrics and benefits management.
