




Job Summary: Responsible for preparing, digitizing, indexing, and organizing documents, as well as managing consumable materials and the office's file archive. Key Highlights: 1. Document preparation and digitization 2. Material control and distribution 3. File organization and maintenance Prepares and performs document digitization and indexing procedures. Provides support to other staff levels and controls consumable materials for inventory and distribution to other departments. 1\. Prepare all documentation produced by the Office 2\. Store documents in the archive 3\. Maintain archive organization and cleanliness 4\. Label box containers 5\- Record archival storage information 6\- Digitize and index documents 7 \- Weigh paper 8 \- Control consumable materials (paper, labels, envelopes, rolls, and specialty papers)
