Job Summary: Sou Coluna is seeking a Commercial Assistant/Receptionist Sales Associate to provide warm, sales-focused reception services and manage front-desk organization — serving as the first point of contact for patients and supporting commercial goals. Sou Coluna is looking for a Commercial Assistant with a welcoming, proactive profile and strong sales orientation to work at our unit’s reception desk. You will be the first point of contact for our patients — and that makes all the difference! Your responsibilities: * Greet patients attentively, carefully, and warmly; * Clearly and persuasively explain our treatments and plans; * Manage appointments, rescheduling, and organize the unit’s schedule; * Support plan closures and assist in achieving commercial targets; * Maintain an organized and functional reception area; * Support the team and ensure a consistently welcoming experience from start to finish. What we’re looking for in you: * Strong communication skills, warmth, and responsibility; * Commercial mindset, focused on targets and plan closures; * Organizational skills and efficiency in service delivery; * Prior experience in sales, reception, or customer-facing roles is preferred; * Commitment, punctuality, and eagerness to grow alongside the team. Job Details: * Schedule: 10:30 AM–7:30 PM (Mon–Fri), 8:00 AM–12:00 PM (rotating Saturdays); * Salary: R$1.997,84 to R$3.500,00; * Employment type: CLT, including VT + VA and performance-based bonuses; * Comprehensive training on the Sou Coluna methodology; * Welcoming environment with real opportunities for professional development.
