Commercial Analyst – Organization, strategic vision, and proactivity. This position is for someone who manages operations intelligently! Sou Coluna is expanding and we are looking for a Commercial Analyst to join our team and serve as the central support point for one of our units. We are seeking an analytical, communicative, and hands-on professional who enjoys solving problems, organizing processes, and closely monitoring results. This professional will be responsible for supporting unit management in its operational and administrative areas, ensuring everything runs efficiently—from customer service to data analysis. Key Responsibilities: * Provide courteous customer service across all channels (in-person, phone, and WhatsApp), delivering an excellent experience; * Monitor and organize schedules, appointments, and service workflows; * Generate and analyze basic reports to track unit performance; * Support management in setting goals and analyzing results; * Oversee internal administrative processes such as procurement, supply control, and operational requests; * Act as the liaison between reception, technical teams, and company support departments; * Ensure overall organization and smooth operation of the unit. What we’re looking for: * Proactive, organized, and effective communication skills; * Ability to independently and responsibly manage multiple tasks; * Prior experience in customer service and administrative routines is desirable; * Proficiency with basic spreadsheet tools and software systems; * Completed high school diploma (ongoing higher education is a plus); * Availability to work on-site, including Saturdays if necessary.
