Job Summary: Sou Coluna is seeking a Business Analyst to serve as central support for a unit, managing operations and administering processes proactively and strategically. Key Highlights: 1. Sou Coluna is expanding and looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and serve as the central support point for one of our units. We seek an analytical, communicative, hands-on professional who enjoys solving problems, organizing processes, and closely monitoring results. This professional will be responsible for supporting unit management across operational and administrative areas, ensuring efficient performance — from customer service to data analysis. Key Responsibilities: * Greet customers courteously, delivering an excellent experience (in-person, by phone, and via WhatsApp); * Monitor and organize schedules, appointment times, and service workflows; * Generate and analyze simple reports to track unit performance; * Support management in setting goals and analyzing results; * Monitor internal administrative processes, including procurement, supply control, and operational demands; * Serve as the liaison between reception, technical staff, and company support departments; * Maintain overall organization and smooth operation of the unit. What We’re Looking For: * Proactive, organized, and strong communication skills; * Ability to handle multiple tasks autonomously and responsibly; * Experience in customer service and administrative routines is preferred; * Proficiency with basic spreadsheet tools and systems; * Completed high school education (ongoing undergraduate studies are a plus); * Availability for on-site work, including Saturdays if required.
