We are seeking a Process and Quality Analyst to support the mapping, standardization, and continuous improvement of organizational processes, assisting departments in indicator analysis, action plan development, and internal routine optimization. This position plays a critical role in strengthening quality management—ensuring document updates, audit follow-up, and supplier monitoring—to enhance operational efficiency and process compliance. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** Map, standardize, and maintain up-to-date departmental processes—including administrative areas and construction projects. Support departments in indicator analysis and action plan development for process improvement. Develop and update internal documents and procedures. Conduct supplier qualification and monitoring for products, materials, and services. Support internal, external, and customer audits. Assist departments in opening and managing non-conformities. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across organizational processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Technical or Higher Education in related fields. Experience Experience with quality inspections and audits. Practical experience in process mapping and management. Experience in document management and supplier qualification.
